Return & Refund Policy

At AstroPandit, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 1-day return policy only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is different from what was ordered

The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Mandatory Video Proof

To approve any return or refund request, an unboxing video proof is compulsory.

The video must:

• Be recorded from the beginning before opening the package

• Clearly show the shipping label and package condition

• Clearly show the issue/damage/different product received

Without proper video proof, the return/refund request will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference issues

• Minor color/design variations due to screen differences

• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

• Products without valid unboxing video proof

4. Refund Process

Once the return request is verified and approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit (if applicable)
